Petroleum orthoxylene
Petroleum orthoxylene
Petroleum orthoxylene is a mixture of volatile organic liquids and is a flammable liquid with a characteristic odor.
It is used for dissolving epoxy, vinyl, acrylic, organosilicon polymers, nitrocellulose, chlorinated rubber, for diluting melamine and urea-formaldehyde materials. Orthoxylene can be used instead of a solvent in paint and varnish formulations.
